The only thing that was good, was the near location.

There was no facilities to cook, no facilities to warm food up. The fridge was in the hallway where anyone could go into it. We asked for a microwave to no avail. Couldn't get in touch to complain. Bad customer service. .

Horrible place to stay in £44 for a room without heating or hot water i received apologies through a message though

No hot water no heating ignored yorkshire water is at fault but i paid for the room £44 at three swans pub no parking Waste of money and humiliation It cost me £44 without being able to have a shower after a hard working day in the rain and sleep in a cold room

Needs a proper deep clean...dirty Grime on drawers inside and crumbs in drawers Water left in kettle Towels, old and tired bedding Mirrors all dirty.. Shelf and toilet roll holder falling off wall literally Heater only one side got wheels 1.30am man knocking on door asking for a light!! For cigarette

"Fantastic value for money in a very convenient location."

The staff although at another location only metres away were excellent and could do enough to help you. The location is excellent, right in the centre of town. The room was warm and shower was excellent. Complementary coffee and tea were all branded names. A free drink at the local bar was also a bonus.

The beds are too soft for us but that is a personal issue and others may prefer this option.
