Really excellent facilities modern well heated rooms everything laid on cannot praise enough

Owner was lovely and even offered to let me park in her back yard, even though I decided to park elsewhere. The price was very competitive and this included a waffle and porridge pot for breakfast. The bathroom was large and spotless. The WIFI worked very well.

The accommodation didn't suit me personally. The room was not ensuite and a bathroom down the hallway was not what I wanted even though I accept i was responsible for booking it. I should have asked myself why it was so cheap. The bathroom is private it is not ensuite. In my opinion the bed was very uncomfortable and despite the fact that I'd booked and paid for 3 nights I left after the first night having woken up at 2.15am. Regarding parking there is no car park and parking is on a first come first served basis at the back of the property. There tends to be more availability after 19.00

Good value for money, good location near to the train station.

Very nice and extremely clean place! Would definitely come again if stay in Accrington and highly recommend.

Breakfast unexpected but appreciated. All amenities: microwave, fridge, hair dryer, iron & board if needed, toiletries, black out blind.

Separate bathroom, although only used by self. Not easy to use during night. Poor lighting in bedroom, central & side.

Very good location, stones throw from town Centre and train station.
