The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. Was generous amount of refreshments - tea,coffee, milk. Bed was very comfortable As were the chairs Shower easy to operate

Hot water tap in bathroom almost turned on full before any water came out. Private bathroom too far from my bedroom. Front door lock too fidgety Poor signage advertising its location - drove straight past.

Location and cleanliness was absolutely fantastic. Great value for money. Meeting with staff was brief but informative. Absolutely perfect for an overnight stay. Close to the station and supermarket. 20 minute walk to the football ground...the reason for my journey.

For the price...nothing!
