The Anchorage - sea views and beach on doorstep

Location of property was excellent. Had everything one would need.

A downstairs toilet would have been helpful.

The location on the inner harbour front was spectacular. The space on the property and the attention to all the details was incredible.

The was nothing I didn’t like.

Location was fabulous

Not enough sofas. Minimal hanging storage in bedrooms

The location was amazing and the house had everything you could wish for. The courtyard in the back was a lovely sun trap and the scones and cake were delicious! Dyson hairdryer an extra treat. It was a fantastic base to explore Amble and surroundings.

Personal taste-but we found the air freshener in the hallway a bit overpowering. It wasn’t a problem though as we could shut the connecting door.

Loved the location and the style of the property, really comfortable, and parking right outside the door was a bonus. The small area in the rear was ideal for a gentle relax in the morning. Didn't realise it was a bank holiday weekend and had fairground shows just outside the property which did block some of the views but as it shuts down around 8pm was not a real issue. Everything you need was there and it was a lovely touch having scones, cream and jam along with a cake as a thank you for booking, they were delicious

Not a lot to dislike the shows outside were very limited in operating so not really an issue.

The attention to detail was great. Lots of useful information, every need addressed, so comfortable and location was excellent. Communication with the owner was very good

Nothing not to like.

This is a cracking house located very close to the harbour with a wonderful walk around the pier/breakwater to wake up with first thing each day. The house is tastefully and imaginatively decorated. The shower is powerful and the beds very comfortable. This is a very quiet spot but is just a few minutes walk from pubs and shops. Amble has an excellent bus service from Fourways about 10 minutes walk away. This facilitated some great walks back along the coastal path

There was an issue with some missing kitchen equipment. However, the owner responded very quickly and provided said equipment on being contacted

Lovely welcome homemade bake - lots of Information - Plenty of Cleaning things and starter coffee sugar etc

Only one change is one more comfy seat in sitting room the other two chairs aren’t snuggly and we literally only found that to be a change we’d make
