"A good night."

7.0

Great location. Easy to find and get in. We slept great. The washing machine was handy. There is a coffee shop, small grocery, and fish and chips shop nearby.

The bathroom could use a shelf. The dehumidifier was loud, so we turned it off. A big plus would have been some simple coffee for the morning. I had to message the host for the wifi password. It would have been easier to have it posted somewhere in plain sight.

"I loved the location and ambience of the property, and it was roomier than I had expected. It is a lovely property, but"

7.0

The kitchen area was spacious and bright, with plenty of space for cooking and a large fridge and table. The bed was comfortable, and the internet service was strong.

While I understand the need for a dehumidifier (especially in an old building in the midst of an extremely wet winter), having it located directly behind the bed made sleep difficult, as it was very noisy all night long. I also had some difficulty using my cellphone indoors, which may have been due to the thick walls of the historic building.

We actually stayed in the Garden Cottage which was lovely, super cute Duck and Chickens in the garden. Fully equipped, huge TV and convenient for the SW Coast Path

The size was OK. Host was responsive.

The mould!! The was damp and mould smell allover and now stuck allover my belongings. The hot shower was very tricky and the house looked like someone else jst left and did a quick clean. There was random peices of woods everywhere that really smelt and it was so unpleasant I was dreading going back. I was visiting the area for work and couldnt manage to take a day out to look elsewhere but I would have other wise left. For the price of the property better was expected.as afar as am concerned it's ahealth hazard. Got a headache first night that is still lingering. If you are sensitive to mould don't go

"Cute spot for short stay in welcoming village"

7.0

Great location in fabulous village. Responsible host who quickly responded to questions and delivered coffee cafetière. Cream tea in fridge a lovely treat! Nice little touches.

Missing a few things like a tea towel (perhaps I should have asked) and scrubber for washing up. Couldn’t get shower hot on first day but it was fixed for second (or we weren’t turning it properly).
