Comfy and clean beds. Owner turned up quickly when there was a problem with water/heating and was really accommodating and friendly. Good TV and WiFi. Property could be lovely.

Couldn’t get in when I arrived at the right time. Lots of dog poo in the garden. Oven didn’t work (control knob detached) though small oven/grill did. Tatty and a bit neglected. Don’t even consider parking at the house unless you have a very small car. The parking space is fine but the alley corners are wicked.

Location was great bit difficult to find and it’s tricky to get your car safely round to the accommodation down the alley Good communication from the hosts

Oven was very dirty and smelly, the accommodation is in need of a general re fit and decorating looking a bit tired.

Lovely property, Hosts very responsive and friendly. Key lock very accessible and parking right outside the house. Secure garden for the dogs which was brilliant. Large park within 10 mins walk of the house.

Very soft mattress (but we did read this beforehand), but was softer than we thought. The tight turn to the property is very tight (again this was mentioned) but plenty of space to park and also on the road near the property if needed.

The promptness of the refund and prompt reply from host.

The house smelt of dog, oven dirty, fridge dirty, cutlery and drawer dirty, hairball in jug, washing left in machine...no hot water or heating. The house wasn't ready to stay in.

Was close to city centre, nice back garden and bedding was fresh and cleaned

This airbn needs some renovation asap, carpets were extremely dirty/stained, the bathroom upstairs had mold behind toilet, ceiling peeling. Cleaning was very poor, cob webs everywhere, there was another past resident socks behind the curtains, blankets with dog hairs, we was not able to use the conservatory because was extremely cold, back door difficult to open and one of the blinds were broken left on the side. There is parking next to the house but is a very narrow alley which only a small car goes through it but the only option is too park at the main street if there is spaces and then walk for 2m with suitcases is not ideal.
