Gion Shirakawa no Yado

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison charmante, nous nous y sommes sentis bién pres d’une petite rivière , au calme - le soir à rêver les pieds dans l’eau - et pourtant à deux pas de Gion ! très agréable . Je voyageais seule avec mon fils qui a apprécié d’avoir une chambre â lui !!! ( mais 4 couchages )

Perfect location. A couple of minutes from a very useful bus stop.

Keyless entry, house was well-appointed, clean and in a perfect location. Appreciated the coffee pods that were provided, as most coffee shops do not open until the late morning.

It was a little complicated to figure out which house was the correct one, possibly because we were jet-lagged, but we were able to make it work. Only bathroom is on the bottom floor so I had to walk down a flight of stairs if I needed to use it in the middle of the night or early morning. I wish the kettle was stainless steel or glass, instead of plastic.

Location was perfect. Close to Sanjo metro station. The accommodation is beautiful!

Great location. Very comfortable beds and large rooms for Japan. Nice outlook over canal and close to many attractions. Great to have a fridge and stove to cook a small meal. Overall very happy and highly recommended.

No major shortfalls or disappointments. . One small thing is their is no wardrobe or space for luggage in ground floor room so bit painful if a traveling as couple and/or family. There is a large jacket and hanging space next to kitchenette but separate to GND floor bedroom.

There was a right and left unit and I wasn’t sure which one it was. A note when sending door code info would be nice.
