Amazing location. Everything was spotlessly clean, Comfortable bed and lovely shower.

The living/ dining area was upstairs but kitchen was upstairs. A little impractical but ok.

The house was beyond our expectations, we couldn’t recommend it more : the location is very charming, it is located by the river in the absolute calm, yet only ten minutes from the tourist center and the Gion district. The house is very clean and welcoming, everything is provided to make you feel at home, we absolutely loved it.
