"Perfect place to stay in vicinity of Kyoto Station"

Location is perfect: only 7 minutes walk from Kyoto Station, situated on a quiet street. Nice rooms, spacious enough for us (5 people) with good facilities.

It was q great stay . I didn't really like all the remote controls for the lights but i am not very tec savvy 🤪

Well equipped, character, good vibes , books , projector tv with you tube and netflix , wifi , well located, helpful hosts , toaster kettle microwave etc

Beautifully decorated house close to train station, convenience store and shopping mall. Very quiet. Lots of information regarding the area. Lots of space for family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Futon beds were a little uncomfortable.

"Wonderful home for family stay, close to train station"

Perfect house for our family with multiple rooms upstairs and comfortable living room and kitchen area. Short walk to train station and easy to get to the historic sites of Kyoto. Host provided maps and suggestions on best ways to see the city sites and restaurant recommendations.

"Perfect place for family"

The location was great, really close to Kyoto station and Aeon mall. The place was cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if I go to Kyoto next time.

"Kyoto trip"

The location is amazing, right next to the train station and walking distance from the center. The host, James, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgetable, from vising timps to shopping ideas and getting around the crowds solutions. The house had everything one could need to feel at home, you litteraly do not have to bring anything.

The clothes washing machine for which you have to pay to use. It is very old and it leaves the clothes full of residue and rust.
