Super convenient. Traditional home. Lots of space for a family. Great location. The owner met us at the location to let us in and give us a run down about Kyoto, the location, tourists spots, tips, and trains to take. He was super friendly and personable. He also allowed us to check in early which was amazing since our group had been traveling all day which gave us time to rest before heading out again. 20/10

The location was excellent. it is very close to the Kyoto train station, a mall, a super market and a 7-11 open 24hrs. Restaurants are everywhere. An ideal stay in Kyoto.

The air condition is individually control in every room. The mattresses are a little too thin. Other than that everything else is excellent.

"Perfect stay in Kyoto"

The house is cozy comfortable and well organised! The host is amazing , he helped us in all our requests and he introduced us also some sightseeing spots in Kyoto . Futon are surprisingly comfortable ! Great location , close to the station so easy to move around Kyoto and surrounding .

There are 2 bathrooms ( 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs ) and only 1 shower so need a bit of organisation for big groups. But all good
