Fantastic location and views . Host Gisela is wonderful and guided us throughout the trip and helped us when we needed. The vila is well equipped and a special garden table enabled us to have breakfast in the garden with unique views of Pico mountain

Clean, great location, great host, amazing view!

We liked everything! We we're only here a few nights and traveled with carry-on baggage only. It would have been even nicer if shampoo/body wash, coffee, and cooking oil were provided (all of our other accommodations during our trip included these items).

"Great stay in Velas, Sao Jorge!"

Spacious, clean, easy to find and check in! We were just two people but this property can easily fit 4 or 5 if needed. Host is very nice and helpful, and gave us some nice recommendations around the island!

The house was beautiful, had great view, facilities and garden area. The owner was extremely kind and helpful but not pushy which I liked

Only the hill from the city centre to the property was very steep and if we had to park a car there there were severe inclines and it would be a difficulty.

Great view, beautifully clean. The host was very helpful, extra sheets ,towels etc. Also they helped me arrange an island tour.

The shower is in the bath, but perfectly acceptable .

First of all, there was an excellent local host. All communication was very easy. The family-run house was spacious with great outdoor space and view over Velas towards Pico. It could not have been better.

The owner met us when we arrived, indicating where to park and handed us the keys. The house was a lot larger than we expected, which was fantastic, and the view was spectacular.

The parking is on an incredibly steep hill. I do think there should be a warning somewhere about that, as most visitors will not be used to that or expecting it.
