Quirky Kendal Cottage

The property had everything we needed, was full of character and located within walking distance of central Kendal. The wood burner was great for relaxing in front of at the end of the day. The property was great for our dog and 3 year old too.

The cottage was perfect, ideal location from town and handy parking. Stayed here for Kendal Mountain Festival and really enjoyed it.

Loved the coziness of it. Having a garden was an added bonus for the dog! All facilities were perfect and loved the fire. Was perfect for the two of us and our wee sausage dog.

We knew parking wasn’t easy accessible before booking so wouldn’t rate down for this. Parking wasn’t far for free at train station but the inconvenience of it was getting luggage and a dog to and from however wouldn’t put us off booking again!

Quirky Cottage was a home away from home. Avery short walk from the Train station. Smart TV for if the weather is bad, Netflix etc. Eastern Balti restaurant across the road was good, book at weekends.

I was fine with it, but 3 flights of stairs might be difficult for some. Everything else was great.

Location very convenient. Cottage was clean and well equipped.

We didn't like the three flights of stairs to the bathroom and top bedroom as we were all elderly people. It was quite difficult to manage the heavy case upstairs.
