"Good place to stay."

Everything you needed available. Used the train to Windemere instead of driving.

Not having parking at property. A little tricky to find.

"Enjoyed our stay. Shame about the weather. Had a short walk to where we parked the car. This was also good as it was 24h"

Very clean and comfortable.

Being a pensioner in our 70s we found the amount of stairs to climb in the house a bit tiring. Everything else about the house was excellent.

Very quiet. Easy access out to all major routes .Great arrangement of facilities. Very cozy lounge and bedrooms. Hosts easy to contact and helpful

Sounds trivial but no wooden spoon.. of course not a problem to buy one but as self catering this is a basic ! Also sieve / colander would be very useful .Bit of a tramp to get all luggage in as parking not available
