Ruapehu Log Lodge

Fire was lit when we arrived and lights were on, was easy to find and such a great place to stay! Can't recommend it enough and if we are ever back over here we will book again!

Everything!! Superb log cabin. Quiet, private & we loved the view of the Mt from the spa even though covered in cloud most of the time. Lovely furnishings & comfortable bed. Added bonus of being dog friendly.

We had the entire house for ourselves, the location is fantastic and having a spa with the view of the mountain was just amazing, thank you for the lovely stay p.s the crumpets were delicious

Exceptional house with lots of space and great amenities. Breathtaking view on the mountains out of one of the bedroom’s windows. Very convenient location to visit and do Tongariro crossing. Steve is very welcoming and helpful host. Definitely a gem in the area!

Everything was great.

The hot tub was wonderful afterwards doing the Tongario Alpine Crossing. So relaxing. It was wonderful to have laundry facilities on site

There is a strange “door” opening to the master bathroom upstairs. Great head banger. I wish the bathroom accessed through the loft area where they have a bed

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We had the place to ourselves over Valentine's day. It is an amazing place. Incredibly spacious with gorgeous vies of Mt Ruapehu. If you can, definitely go there!

The hosts provided some wonderful homemade breakfast muffins and juice to enjoy with the beautiful rising sun.

Charming log house on the top of the hill overlooking Mount Ruapehu. Very comfortable to stay.
