Lavender Cottage, Grade 2 Listed Period Stone Built Cottage In Pickering, North Yorkshire

Beautiful, cosy, spotlessly clean, very well appointed, and a lovely secure garden at the back of the property. Only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Pickering, which meant we didn't need to drive. Easy parking across from the property too. A lovely gesture from the owners was so appreciated, tea and biscuits for us and a bowl of doggy treats for our little hound, Arthur, both with 'welcome messages', how very thoughtful. Absolutely will book again, just loved the cottage.

This fabulous cottage was perfect for our stay in Pickering. The garden is both quiet and quaint, and safe and enclosed for our four-legged offspring. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are super comfy with lots of hanging space in the bedrooms.

The keysafe was a little awkward. It opened easy enough but took some persuading to lock it back up when leaving.
