Birdsong Cottage

A delightful cottage that has been renovated to a high standard. Set in a mature garden with lots of native birds. Very quiet and peaceful with extremely comfortable bed and brand new bathroom. Very convenient location for trips to the Kapiti Coast and particularly for the departure point for Kapiti Island. Don't be put off by its apparent location close to a main road - that's the old road. Traffic has been diverted elsewhere.

Everything. Beautifully presented, quiet, private and close to everything in Paraparumu.

Nothing really. Maybe could do with an aircon unit but lots of windows you can open.

There were so many things to like about this property. From the bird watching on the deck to the quality bedding and towels. Little touches like a good coffee machine and cheese and crackers waiting for you. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, would recommend!

Possibly the nicest place we have ever stayed. Clean, comfortable with so many little touches! Chocolates beside the bed, cheese in the fridge, fresh eggs delivered by the host and many more! Beautiful setting .

Beautiful cottage with the promised bird songs playing all around the property. Lovely back porch with comfy chairs to enjoy the birds and the views. Great bedroom with lots of room and a comfortable bed. Kitchen had what was needed and the bath was fine as well.

Despite their best efforts to communicate how to find their entrance, it was still very hard for us to find.
