Excellent location, great home with lovely attention to detail in decor and facilities, perfect for family with teens and dog.

Location , quirky, comfortable, warm, modern, well equipped., near lots of eateries, quiet at night, close to the square. Very generous with tea, coffee and sugar.

The 2 bathrooms are riddled with mould in the silicone around the bath and shower areas. Spraying is no good. It all needs replacing which is not onerous. We are both in our 70s with auto immune diseases and must not breathe in unhealthy mildew. Also the previous people did not clean the grill pan and neither did your cleaners. It was full of dirty food waste and oil. Do ask staff to check the milk sachets and they went out of date on 5 th October 25. You don't want your guests ill. Shops are very close and we brought our own. We threw away all the milk to prevent others getting ill. My sisters hot shower tap came off. We left a note. Thank you and sorry for the groans.

Excellent location the house is very comfortable with everything you need apart from egg cups.

Unable to control cool air coming from ceiling vents which are quite noisy as we are light sleepers.

The location is excellent just off the market square, short walk to the water and to cathedral, shops etc. Sitting room very comfortable with tv and sofa high ceilings with dining area. Kitchen quirky fridge iced up. Customer service very good when problems arise.

Barber shop to front of property, so constant queues so can be difficult getting in. Parking is Not as advertised. Whilst free in nearest car park, car must be moved before 8am to 8.30am or a massive fine of 50 stg charged. Bedrooms are in basement down steep stairs. Two bedrooms have no windows and very stuffy. One is behind a curtain in recess not really a bedroom. Courtyard needs cleaning up. Two bathrooms have mold. Atmosphere is quirky but a bit like student digs.

Location excellent in the heart of Ely. The property is ‘upside down’ and unique. It was warm, with character with excellent facilities in all rooms.

A little noisy early in morning when Barber shop set up

The location was great. Central to the market and cathedral.

The shower room needs some attention. Paint flaking off the ceiling and mould in the shower. The conservatory roof also needs cleaning. No t-towels or hand towels in kitchen or toilets. We were only provided with 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels and requested more. By the time they were able to send someone it was a bit late.
