Location superbly rural and quieter than home and we live well out into the sticks. Loved talking to the calves. Very comfortable, well presented and peaceful decorated property. Best blackout in bed room we've ever experienced in a holiday let or hotel, lovely. Quiet walking adjacent. Excellent pre arrival info and friendly owners.

We worked out the opening of upstairs windows as it was hot weather. Understand the safety, maybe a brief note to say it needs 2! We found the hob a bit difficult, rings seemed to go off when touched, but we're not great with these.

"Peaceful lovely cottage"

Beautiful cottage near Usk village. 15 mins walk (few mins walking on verge) or 5 mins in car. Property is decorated to a great standard, plenty of space, garden is lovely and enclosed (small dogs may get out through under the gates), lovely welcome pack from owner. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, comfortable cottage with everything you need. Lovely, peaceful surroundings and we could relax with the secure garden which was perfect for our dogs. Isobel is a generous host, all details covered - the home made jam was delicious! Can’t wait to revisit!

Absolutely perfect, the attention to detail was second to none with lovely touches like bread and milk. Exceptionally clean, I would return again in a heartbeat. So tranquil a lovely escape to the countryside.
