"Very pleasant"

Super good experience. The private garden is very relaxing and extremely beautiful. The room is well equipped is very clean. We arrived late due to flight delay and we checked in by ourselves, which is quite convenient. Definitely worth coming!!

The garden, the traditional style of the stay, and the 2 different rooms option. Also, it's facing a school which makes the mornings feel very lively.

Overall it was a wonderful stay at Kyo no oozora FUKA. the kitchenware and electric goods were top-notch, deserving a 5-star rating.

Troublesome check-in at a different location. The futon bed could be of better quality.

"Exactly as pictured - amazing apartment in Kyoto"

We had an amazing stay here! It’s in a good location off the #50 bus line, the apartment is gorgeous and exactly as pictured, and the office staff spoke English and Japanese and gave us some suggestions for where to eat close to the apartment.

"Memorable stay offering Japanese authenticity and comfort"

Loved the characteristic Japanese style, especially the two futons. Decent location with a bus stop nearby. I'd suggest to use Uber for more convenience.

Check-in located separately but within walking distance. Despite limited English, the girl at the counter was very kind and ensured a smooth process.

"Beautiful house in a lovely location - a dream to stay here!"

Absolutely beautiful house with a lovely garden. The neighbourhood has quiet, little street with shops, cafes and restaurants, and is perfect for walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The blue bathtub is not just gorgeous but also a dream to relax in. Also adored the comfortable Japanese pyjamas, socks and slippers. Would stay here again in an instant.

I have no complaints but guest should be aware of the elementary school across the street, there is little bit of cheery schoolyard noise during recess but it didn't bother me in fact I actually found that the school made it easier to find my way home.
