Brockwell - 2 Bed Modern Home, Near City Centre

Very clean with good facilities . Very accommodating hosts .

I lovely little house with loads of room to relax. Close to the bus stop to get in to town.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but OK for a couple of nights

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, great location and has everything you need for a home away from home. Loved that we could bring our dog and the secure garden. Heather is a fantastic host and great communication throughout. Although this was for visiting family, I stay away a lot with my work and this far exceeds any self catering place I have used in the past. Will definitely use again and have recommended to other family members who also travel up regularly.

We arrived in the dark and the outside light made it super easy to see the key safe and get the keys out.

The house number wasn't on the details that were sent out in the Booking.com information so it would be useful to have the number on there.

Parking aisé. Facilité pour aller en ville (bonne situation). Cuisine correctement équipée. Instructions précises pour récupérer les cléfs et suivi correct (par internet) du propriétaire.

Nous étions 4. Pas de table ni chaises. On est obligé de manger par terre ou sur un divan avec un plateau sur les genoux. Il y a un petit mange debout avec 2 chaise hautes dans un coin peu accessible de la cuisine. Pas de contact présentiel avec la propriétaire. Nous avons horreur de cela, mais cela semble la tendance actuelle. Une des chambre a un lit double adossé au mur et est très étroite, sans lampes de chevets.

Nice that they left tea, coffee, biscuits, and milk for us. Also very nice that they let us in a bit early as we arrived early.

Shower leaking water all the time. Ceiling was cracked. Possible bedbugs as lots of bites during the night. Sticky floors in the kitchen and bathroom needed to be washed.

Not alit really it had clean beds

It looked unkept from the outside the carpets in the lounge where dirty and stained and it had a musty smell
