Location was perfect. The property was clean and practical for walkers and dogs

There was nothing to dislike. If there was a hoover in the house I would have liked to clean up. Dishwasher didn’t work/close. But it didn’t affect our short break

The location just across the road from the sea is excellent. The view from the first floor bedroom over the rocks at low tide is superb. Beadnell is also very well located for exploring the coast, with the top places to walk and visit being both to the north and to the south.

We've stayed next door twice before but needed an extra room so chose the house. It was like home from home. It's a beautiful place to stay and had everything we needed.

Have been here for a break with my family and as always very comfortable homely accommodation in a fantastic spot. This holiday home will always be our choice for a Northumberland break.

The location was fabulous. The house was well equipped, clean and was so comfortable.. The views were breathtaking.

Location is fantastic

The down stairs is a disaster, no carpet on the floor, no access to the heating boiler , so you have to turn down every radiator separately, very tired and depressing lower floor , door knobs are loose , and front door lock is close to falling off , very poor level of workmanship throughout the house. Radiator in bathroom is constantly red hot , it would burn a child and you cannot turn it off , valve knobs are missing. Bare electrical wires sticking out of an exposed socket under the settee, very rough finish to painted walls , settee is very unclean , (stains) . Mold on the bathroom silicon , a non secure door leading to the next door property , which freaked my daughter out , all in all a very depressing, unsafe property which falls way below the standard that I would expect , Shower trim is missing so water tips out onto the floor
