Fantastic location, right in town and a 2 minute walk from the Royal Oak what more do you need. Communication form owners was great . Although no parking easy enough to unload and park in one of the town car parks £18 for 3 days.

TV, I know you don't go away to watch TV but there were no terrestrial channels at all, we could only get BBC1 on the iPlayer. It's been put down as storm damage.

located in the heart of Ambleside. easily accessible accommodation is very spacious with everything you could need. heating came on via timer so was lovely and warm after a day of walking.

The lack of parking outside the property made it a little difficult in off loading.
