Mediterranean Three Story Beach Townhouse

The location is amazing! Short, easy walk to the beach just across the street. The views were stunning from every window. We could see manatees, dolphins, and all kinds of water birds from our balcony. Owner was responsive and friendly. Very spacious and it was great having 3 bathrooms. Although we didn’t use the garage, it was nice to have as an option. Most of the appliances are on the newer side so that was appreciated.

The dock was out, which is understandable considering the recent hurricane. The beds are very firm, so you may want to bring a mattress topper if that’s not your preference. These things didn’t affect our stay too much, just nice to know. Overall, we were very happy with property and would recommend to anyone.

Quite location. Redington beach less crowded others in the area.

Parking can be tight

Location, comfortable beds, our frequent balcony Night Heron visitor, the sunrise show, Garage, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, quiet neighbors, we could walk to the bird sanctuary and best pizza place that just opened. Coco Grill is across the street, Kenny’s Korner great breakfast. Enjoyed the view to watch storms.

No life jackets if you wanted to kayak.

Wonderful location with views of the ICW and a one minute walk to the gulf across the street. Nice beach and not too crowded. Lots to do nearby. Plenty of space in the rental.

A bit echoing inside but it’s well appointed and perfect for a long weekend.

Good location.

The furniture was old and worn. The arm in the sofa was torn. No toilet paper holders on the walls in the bathrooms. Someone removed them at some point. There was no garage door opener. It was too much of a hassle to park in the garage, so I parked outside. The ice maker in the side by side refrigerator didn't work, and the racks on the refrigerator doors were taped with packaging tape to hold items in. Pictures were removed from the wall, and the hardware was left in place. Overall, the unit was showing its age.

The location is great BUT that is all I can say for positive

Everything could have been done better. First, Laura the owner, is BEYOND Rude and lives next door to watch you. Not that that mattered to us because she is crazy!!! she seems to play games right to the last minute of you wanting to back out so she can GET YOUR MONEY and get you to cancel. I had messaged Laura on the process several times before my travel began so I had the correct info before flying and driving there. She responded at 11am the day I was supposed to check -in at 4pm and said I didn't complete forms or send my driver's license. Not only was this done a few days PRIOR, I also text it the day before travel AGAIN and asked for confirmation she received with NO response. She is about making MONEY, NOT for the renters of the house to enjoy vacation. My daughter was flying in from another state where she lives and I told LAURA this several times and she didn't have a problem until arrival!!! then she interagated my daughter!! Likely because of nationality, my daughter did video record Laura as she harrassed her and told her we were NOT allowed to change the thermostat at all under NO circumstances and it was at 74, she also stated that she monitors it, and we did feel someone was in the place when we were gone one day.. Then she proceeded to TAKE the wagon (my daughter watched her) for beach chairs, there was no umbrella so I bought one and left it there, not enough chairs, so I bought some and left them there. NO propane for the Grill she states is available, but then she brought us an EMPTY propane tank and told us to fill it. There was no pool table or game room, there was no dock to fish from as it was clearly damaged from Hurricane, but STATE that. Don't show pictures of a place that half of the items are missing from. The patio door was broke with loose screws so you couldn't shut completely.

Great location, plenty of space.

An amazing spot, on the inter coastal, across from the beach, beautiful area. The house itself was gorgeous, very lavish and nicely decorated. Love that it’s pet friendly as my dog Wishbone is a member of my family and loves to travel and experience new places too! ❤️

There were 4 pages of do’s and don’ts typed up and I had a tough time contacting (even by personal cell) the owner to get the code to get in on our 4 hour drive there.
