Vinarius, Posada Rural

The last time we stayed in Salmanca we were in hacienda zorito and we both enjoyed our stay and the food more in Vinarius. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great bed and shower but it was Martin who made our stay extra special. The dinner was excellent as was breakfast. Cooked in an open plan kitchen by martin a professional chef. His attention to detail and service were impeccable. The wine delicious. The food explantions great. We were made to feel very welcome as was our rather annoying dog. With only 2 rooms its like having your own private chef and butler. I cannot recommend this place highly enough in fa y we booked again before leaving!

Beautiful restored property in a rural village a outside Salamanca

Very quiet in village where property was

This place is real find. We travel down by car quite regularly to our second home in the Algarve and often stop around Burgos but we will be staying here in the future instead. The whole experience of staying here with a warm and friendly host like Martin made this a treat on the way home rather than a ‘necessary’ stop enroute. The food was superb and lovingly cooked by Martin with excellent paired wines and the room comfortable. We had our own terrace area with outdoor seating and were able to bring our dog with us too. Great place in a convenient location.

What’s not to like! Felt like we were staying with good friends!

Fabulous stay! We loved staying with Martin on our way from Porto to Madrid. We were travelling by bus and Vinarius is a short bus ride from Salamanca. Martin couldn't have been kinder. He is also an excellent chef and cooked delicious meals for us. Would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Salamanca.

Martin made our brief stay very special. He was also very kind and flexible when we had to change our dates We were warmly welcomed, including our two dogs. Dinner was really excellent, washed down by a nice local red wine. The room was comfortable and super clean Property is easy to find and free street parking just in front. Thank you Martin for being a great host.
