Panchkote Raj Ganges

Fantastic location. Great view of the Ganges from the roof

The location, the help of the staff and owner exceptional Indian and continental bfast. The location is right on the Panchkote Ghat. There is a Kali Mata temple with in the complex which gives the location an extra edge. If you are in Varanasi you should stay here.

It's a lovely property with all the old world charms and modem comforts. Beautifully curated rooms, patio and common spaces, it has steps to the ghat behind where the Ganga flows. Our stay was made memorable by the service and friendliness of the staff Rahul and Ranjeet. Every request was fulfilled better than our expectations. The food was so fresh local and delicious that we didn't venture out to try local food. Most importantly all the information and assistance in booking taxis, boats, local travel, shopping etc was very very helpful. Also a big shoutout to Ruchi/Hanu the manager, for being so hands on and always present, and without who's efforts this wouldn't have been possible. We would definitely return for a stay and also recommend this place.

Very bad service and very very bad attitude of the owner and staff, which forced me to check out from the hotel immediately.

Great location close to the Ganges with rooftop terrace and river view. Home made traditional dinner and breakfast expertly prepared. Nice green garden and outside patio to sit. For Holi festival the guests were included in the morning celebration which was a great experience.

The AC is very loud and cannot be regulated properly and there were dripping noises on the little roof over the AC from the room above.
