The atmosphere of the place is just outstanding. Was in unit 15 and on a previous occasion in unit 2. Preferred the latter

Die Lage war super, die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt- viel Grün, Blumen, Sträucher und Bäume, das Zimmer war sehr groß. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Das Bettlaken und die Kopfkissenbezüge waren nicht sauber und mussten gewechselt werden. Das Frühstück war begrenzt.

"Von außen sehr schön, aber dann …"

Sehr schöne und stilvolle Gebäude in einem sehr schönen gepfegtem Garten.

Die Zimmer sind doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den eigentlich schönen Holzböden liegen Teppiche, die dringend gereinigt oder besser noch entsorgt werden müssten. Die sanitären Anlagen entsprechen nicht dem 4 Sterne Standard mit dem die Unterkunft an Eingangstor wirbt. Frühstück Mittelklasse, der Kaffee der schlechteste auf unsere Rundreise. Seltsamer Empfang bei Ankunft: hier sind die Schlüssel, dahinten ist ihr Zimmer. Zimmer 1 am Pool in der Nacht zum Teil mir störendem Lärm durch Poolpumpe. Insgesamt stellt sich die Frage: wieso hat das Haus 4 Sterne

Beautiful gardens, but that is where it ended

The room is not fit for occupation, floor tiles are loose, bathroom tiles might come off the wall any moment, the sheets were not clean, there is visible leakage on the ceiling, there were cockroaches in the room and the second room had bed bugs. The TV at first did not work, just to find that the DSTV was disconnected. Not sure where the 4 star rating come from. Breakfast - food was delicious, but there were no cutlery / spoons to dish up the warm buffet. Staff however very friendly.
