Nicola was lovely and friendly - great recommendations and super helpful. The setting is beautiful, and the house is very sweetly decorated, old fashioned in the loveliest way.

We were there at the height of summer and the room got very hot at night. There is no aircon, just a ceiling fan.

This was our second stay at The Whitehouse and we really had a lovely stay. Nicola's home-made goodies for breakfast was delicious and when my husband was a bit unwell at one stage, she couldn't have been more helpful. She also made a booking for us for dinner beforehand which was great. Her garden is a really peaceful place to relax. Nicola is a very caring hostess and will go back there whenever we tour that area again. Thanks Nicola!!

Accommodation and continental breakfast met our expectations. Hostess Nicola was warm, friendly and very welcoming. Overall experience was very good.

Nicola was a great host. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and decorated with character. Breakfast items were provided, which was a very nice touch. Nicola booked us into a restaurant she recommended called Mez, which served very good food.
