The property is so gorgeous, location is absolutely amazing (on top of the hill behind Varenna) - a little tricky to get to so definitely worth having a car to get to it. Ramona is a lovely host, she made us the most wonderful continental breakfasts. Definitely keen to come back

everything, it is out of this world. it was home from home, the host is the most kind and beautiful lady we have ever met, she is a beautiful soul. the breakfast was outstanding ever morning. the whole garden at our disposal for our whole stay, with kitchen area, BBQ, sunlougers, plenty of different seating areas, beauiful house, beautiful room, the views are amazing

Ramona was an outstanding host, friendly and welcoming. As a family we had both rooms booked, so we effectively had the entire property. The views from the garden were stunning and the location is quiet. Two of our party are ceoliac and Ramona went out of her way to accommodate their needs.

We loved everything including the location, but be aware that the property is an hour uphill walk from the station and it is recommended to pre-book a taxi. Ramona can provide taxi numbers.

We had a lovely stay at this charming B&B. Romana, our host, was very kind and welcoming—greeting us with cookies, tea, and a refreshing beer on arrival. The stone house is beautifully set in the hills above Lake Como, with stunning views all around. Our room was cozy, tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a standout—delicious, generous, and the best of our trip. The peaceful setting was only gently interrupted by the ringing of a nearby tower bell, which added to the charm. It’s about an hour’s walk or 15-minute drive to Varenna, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Thank you, Romana!

The property is an old house, but very beautiful and well maintained with great views over the lake, with pretty furniture, paintings and even a piano (and also pet-friendly) The room was cosy and very well decorated, with beds and bedding very comfortable. The host was very welcoming, attentive and kind, we arrived later than anticipated but the hosts were very flexible. And the breakfast was the best from out trip, rich, delicious and warm. Therefore we totally recommend it.
