Colin's Place

Colin's place charms with its vintage furniture and quiet charm. We like the atmosphere and for a short stay it's a good choice. Check-in is straightforward and Colin was kind enough to accommodate a slightly later check-out. It's a good value for money, and we always enjoy spending time with the feline host of the house :)

May not be very suitable for people with allergies as it can get dusty sonetimes.

Everything is good but noisy outside.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Im Preis war ein einfaches Frühstück enthalten. Für unsere Aktivitäten war die Lage gut. Ca 15- 20 min zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum.

Room was large, the feel of the room is good - vintage decor. Parking is easy.

Room is facing the main road, hence very noisy most of the time. There was an anniversary dinner in the cafe downstairs and the noise level was high till past midnight. Owner did not inform me of this event until after I have checked in. Wifi is not available. There is no drinking water provided, nor is there a kettle or glasses in the room. There is no water for showering the next morning. Owner came to fix it only in the afternoon. Showering is using one hand, while the other is to hold up the shower head, There is no bracket in the wall. The cupboard is almost full of bedding and pillows, only T shirts can be hang inside. The blanket provided is large enough for 1 person.
