Perfect place for an overnight stop; surprisingly quiet, nice outside terrace to chill, airconditioning, hot water and a fridge; everything you need! The owner is very very friendly! He even fixed our car for us, so we did'nt have to look for a mechanic <3

Great location, close to where we wanted to be. Wonderful bird life! We had an early start one morning (needing to leave for our tour at 4.30am) and were particularly impressed that, as per our request, staff were waiting outside our room with our packed lunches at 4am!

Relaxing. Quiet. Close to Becan archaeological sites.

We stayed here for 2 nights in order to visit the Calakmul ruins. The location was great for this purpose. There are also other ruins nearby for a quick visit as well (Becan). The rooms were clean and there was a refrigerator and air conditioning and a nice shaded area to sit outside of the rooms, but the best thing about this place was the owner. He was so friendly, making us coffee and giving us tips on what to see and do and on the last morning he brought us a wonderful breakfast of delicious mango and oranges and toast and jam. He also offered to pack us a snack bag for our day in Calakmul. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Everything was perfect. The owner is really kind and helpful. The location is amazing and very close to Becán arqueological site. Keep in mind that you need cash to pay for the accomodation or you will need to go to Xpujil and find a cash machine which we had difficulties in finding as Banco Azteca and Banco bienestar were not giving money. Oxxo doesn't allow you to take money from an international debit or credit card. So you need to go to BBVA which is a bit outside the small town of Xpujil. Better to get cash before reaching this area.

Very nice people. We even got a lunch box for the next day and they gave instructions on how to visit Calakmul.

We get a nice breakfast and the owner was very friendly! You have to know that due to the Maya Train Project, the whole area is extremely loud and dirty. This property was a bit off the Piste so a bit quieter but still lot of truck noise in the night.

The aircon is directly over one bed - so it gets very cold, when sleeping on the other bed, Aircon is too loud.

The hosts are incredibly welcoming and nice, and the place itself is a beautiful little shelter a few meters from the road. The room itself was incredibly clean, and everything in the room was very high quality and worked perfectly. Overall a perfect stop before going on to visit Calakmul

It was a little noisy and we had trouble getting some shut eye
