Nothing broken windows messy paint

Cheap and where I wanted to be. Staff very friendly and pleasant.

No staff when I arrived, no towels no mug in room and had to wait for breakfast.

The shower was filthy the room dusty breakfast was included but didn't have one I was going off if the shower was that filthy. How clean was the kitchen? The TV I could only get 2 channels on BBC1 and BBC2 The hotel inspectors or someone in authority should go and check this hotel.

The beds waa comfy and thw location was good

There was stains on the beds on the walls. It was very Dark in there. There was smashed windows and it didnt look like.anything in the photos on booking.com

The location was great right near the beach

The staff weren’t very helpful and the rooms weren’t very clean one room the tv was broken and no heating so was freezing all night

They was over booked so they give me room in basement... What the hell ? Also paid for breakfast is well didn't get any ... Please people don't stay there

Absolutely nothing

Staff were very rude to both me and my partner we couldn't stay as there was a problem with the electrics and water, then after my partner said she was going to ring the police she got told to shut up and was told she was a stupid women and to put the man back on the phone (me) tried to tell me we could have a room but then tried charging us £36 instead of the £29 the original booking was for but because I refused to pay extra the manager then told us we were not allowed to stay as they didn't have a booking and kicked us out at 23.10pm with nowhere to stay they also tried to refuse me access to get my bag with my belongings in. Luckily I was able to book another hotel last minute considering the time it was and we had travelled 2hrs and 30mins on the train to get there we tried to book into the hotel at 20.25 and finally left at 23.10 Would have scored 0 but unfortunately I can't.

Didn't stay there I wouldn't be my dogs in it

Not as described by the pictures on your site . front window still smashed as per comments on trip advisor from months ago,on the same site there are pictures showing the accommodation as it is now and it's disgusting and dirty with dangerous electrics which are a fire risk you should address these comments seriously. We attempted to cancel because of this, and we were told we couldn't. When I told them I was not going to pay them, I was verbally abused, and they threatened to send bailiffs they have sent me one email since asking me to change date's .I have not responded to this, and I will not be paying them.. we did speak to you, and you sent them emails asking them to cancel, but they didn't reply to you either .you should not be advertising using the pictures as it is not as described .I am seeking legal advice over this, and your help would be appreciated.
