"Don’t waste your money. "

Poor maintenance, needs better up keep. Stain carpet throughout the building with a horrible smell. Pillows smell like old sweat. Entrance and building falling apart. Gym was unkept. Multiple machines out of service. Pool tables and basketball court not readily available. Theater was dirty. Checkout is at 11am but when we return from the gym at 10am our key card was deactivated.

"Horrible"

Everything is old and rundown the company Bel-Air is saying this is a luxury place. It’s far from luxury. Everything is stuck in the 70s including the pool chairs two just not happy with the facility at all

"Excellent"

We have stayed here at least once a year for the last 15 years and have always had a great experience. I was a little disappointed that I didn't really have hot water for a shower and there was no hair dryer or safe in the room this time. I definitely will come back as even these little things do not change the way I feel about the property.

Our room was ok it smelled musty limited utensils. No plates or bowls in the cupboards. They didnt tell us we had to heck in a whole another area. Would.not stay here again

It was comfortable and you got what you paid for. The property is beautiful but things are pretty outdated and not in the best condition… I didn’t see any bugs so I was satisfied :)

Terrible! We read the website before arriving and checked in without being told that there was a drinking water warning with must boil water to drink, eat, make ice, brush teeth etc. or risk viruses, parasited or disease since 5/14! My husband accidentally found a print out sitting on a desk in the lobby or we never would have known. That meant water park was closed, too. Our condo like room had a full kitchen but no dishes, pots, pans, silverware or even paper towels. Called front desk and they said they stopped stocking them. Couch was hard as concrete and not a true pull out couch but a futon. One trash can in a one bedroom condo located in the kitchen. No chairs on balcony. Light on balcony shines directly into living area where futon is and thru the shotty blinds so it looked like daybreak all night. Had to hang a blanket over the door. Had a business package delivered and it took 2 days and many calls/visits to front desk to find. Severely understaffed. Front desk line 10 - 20 people deep until 10 pm.

The front desk staff and other staff memebers were all very helpful. However, they need help from management / the management company to deliver on promises. No remote in our rooms, only two towels in the bathroom, no bathroom mat, dust and chip crumbs on the visible top of the refridgerator, paint drops everywhere, blur painterrs tape still on the walls, shabby furniture etc., and thats not even toughing on the outdated systems that they need to sue to check you in - waiting for 45 minutes just to get ket cards as we had checked in and paid before our check in time. The whole place needs a face lift. Not worth the money.
