Solaz, a Luxury Collection Resort, Los Cabos

We had a wonderful stay at Solaz Los Cabos, and what truly sets this property apart is the people. By the pool, Karla is simply exceptional. She is the best server we encountered by far. Warm, kind, fast, and incredibly accurate with orders, she consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed. She made every pool day better. Caesar deserves special recognition as well. He was fantastic handling towels and umbrellas and always proactive, attentive, and helpful. You could tell he takes pride in his role and in guest comfort. At the concierge desk, Lea was very attentive and clearly tried her hardest to help with every request. She followed through and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Our butlers, Teresa and Gabriel, were both outstanding. They were attentive without being intrusive and made everything feel seamless and easy throughout our stay. One of the highlights for our family was the tennis center. Fernando, the tennis coach, was fantastic. He worked with my 16-year-old daughter, who is a varsity player, for five days. His coaching style struck the perfect balance of positive encouragement, motivation, and firm instruction. She learned a lot and truly enjoyed every session. Finally, I was fortunate enough to meet Giuliana, the General Manager. She is incredibly impressive. During a very busy festive period, she handled everything with professionalism, calm, and warmth. What stood out most was how she supports her team and treats them with respect. You can feel that culture throughout the resort, and as a guest, it makes the experience even more enjoyable. Solaz is a beautiful property, but it’s the people and leadership that make it exceptional. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it.

Veronica my butler was amazing and super friendly. She is a great employee for the hotel. She worked very hard to find me a boat at Christmas time.

This is an exceptionally modern resort with luxurious and spacious condos with oceanfront views in the towers and a staff to match, especially Julio and Carlos.

Great hotel and overall customer service experience. My sisters and I stayed at Solaz for Thanksgiving week and had the best time. The entire staff was amazing and very accommodating to ensure we had a great trip. We also loved that they had a separate, adults pool to truly enjoy our time together.

Wonderful resort, beautiful rooms, clean beach and great pools. Food was amazing, pricey but so delicious. Our favorites were the wagyu sliders at the pool and Al Pairo (Michelin rated) for dinner. Loved their place settings and had the Beet salad, followed by the tuna tostado with crunchy pork belly with a cricket mole sauce. For dinner the wagyu New York with mashed plantains and mole sauce. We were celebrating my 60th birthday and they brought me a delicious dessert and when we returned to our room it was decorated and they gave me a really cute cactus gift.

Rafael and Raul are the BEST of the BEST. I was celebrating my birthday SOLO (happy to do so) and decided to go to my home away from, Solaz, I never imagined the sweet and very special Birthday greeting I received. I am never speechless but this is the 3rd year in a row these two have blown me away with their love. Not just birthday surprises either. They pay such attention to every detail and conversation it will surprise me every time I visit how they remember! Julio, Front Desk/Reception Manager and now my friend (along with Rafael and Raul), helped make check in and my room assignment seamless and so welcoming! Solaz and everyone at this Resort has my heart. Big love to you all!!

Great resort! Good location, amenities and service. When down at the pool ask for Karla, you won’t regret it, she is wonderful!!! We cannot wait for our next visit!

Solaz was exceptional.. The service from the staff was fantastic. The quality of the Interior appointments was outstanding and 5-star. The pools and restaurants exceeded expectations. A great value for 5 star luxury

Alot left to be desired! On surface, this hotel is beautiful but that's where it began and end. The quality of food, lack of any entertainment but they love to remind you how rich and how long the owner has been in the hospitality business. I purchase this vacation last October when they failed at tried selling a time share that made no sense for my future travel plans. Coming from LeBlanc this is just not a luxury resort, beautiful but not luxury! THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS I HAD TO GO TO A TIMESHARE MEETING AGAIN TO GET THE BENEFITS THAT WAS PART OF MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE VACATION. I hate to leave this but they have to do better.

I went to mako for my birthday and it was beyond my expectations. Atmosphere is spectacular and food was fantastic. But most importantly the service was exceptional. Huge thank you to Diego my waiter who provided a great experience for me and my partner. I would definitely recommenced and ask for Diego!!!!
