Super hôtel à taille humaine. Excellent emplacement. Bon confort. Bon service. Qualité de la nourriture très bien.

Linge de lit en synthétique. Petit déjeuner uniquement à la carte donc vite cher Une formule simple continental aurait été bienvenue en plus de la carte.

"Fantastisch hotel waar de klant alle aandacht krijgt."

Dit hotel heeft alle verwachtingen overtroffen. Het hotel ziet er schitterend uit, de tuin en het zwembad zijn een oase van rust en het uitzicht over de lagoon is fantastisch. Het personeel geeft de klant duidelijk de hoogste prioriteit, staat altijd voor je klaar en geen vraag is te veel.

De kamers waren wat gehorig, dat had beter gekund. Er wordt een WhatsApp groep aangemaakt met de klant en het personeel. Dit werkt heel prettig, maar er wordt wel erg veel reclame in gemaakt voor het restaurant en de spa. De spa is overigens bizar duur.

Es un lugar excepcional, perfecto. Tanto el personal como la habitación y los servicios de los que dispone. La ubicación inmejorable, aunque está un poco apartado del pueblo, está en plena laguna.

Me gustó todo. No fuimos al restaurante porque para los precios de la zona nos pareció algo caro.

"Not worth the price"

Nice location on the lagoon. Although you can’t see the lagoon from the rooms. Room was nice and bed was big.

The services are not up to standards for a 5-star hotel or for the price paid. It is not good value for money compared to other places in the area. You can definitely find better. Breakfast is not included, and they don’t even specify it, but we found a great spot very close by (Cafe y Algo + dis fruta). They give you coffee capsules in the room for approx. 2.67£ each (~500% markup), which is free in other places in the area. Just overall the services are not what you would expect for the price paid.
