"Tolles Hotel in schöner Umgebung"

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön direkt am See. Mein Zimmer hatte direkten Seeblick und war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Nespresso-Maschine (4 Kapseln sind inkludiert) und Kühlschrank. Alles war blitzsauber. Das Personal war extrem hilfsbereit, freundlich und professionell. Ich habe zweimal im Restaurant gegessen, Service war sehr gut und sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren sehr gut.

Während des Tages ankern periodisch Ausflugsboote ca. 50 m weg vom Hotel, weil dort eine sehr schöne Lagune zum Baden ist. Das ist mit lauter Boom-Box Musik und Partyatmosphäre verbunden. Das ist keine Kritik am Hotel, weil das ausser der Kontrolle des Hotels ist, aber sollte trotzdem erwähnt werden. Es handelt sich hier um ein sehr hochwertiges Hotel mit hochwertigen Produkten, die Preise sind im Restaurant entsprechen also europäischen Preisen.

Tudo: desde a recepção pelas funcionárias super atenciosas e simpáticas; a possibilidade de escolha da flagrancia das amenidades. A piscina linda e os caiaques incluídos no preço. Tudo foi perfeito.

Excelente atención por parte del personal, están atentos a cualquier necesidad, el restuarante ofrece una variedad de platillos muy bien lograda con una fusión entre lo local y lo contemporaneo, todo muy rico. Las instalaciones muy comodas y con una excelente vista y acceso a la laguna.

La ubicación es perfecta porque está al frente de la laguna en una zona donde es fácil nadar, además te dan paddleboards y kayak. El servicio es excelente porque crean un WhatsApp donde puedes escribirles 24 horas. La comida del restaurante es riquísima. Tienen que probar la hamburguesa smashed y el rissoto. Excelente atención de esperanza. Te llevan la comida y tragos al muelle. Todavía no tiene spa pero tendrá desde fines de octubre así que eso será un plus. Es relajante, no tiene discoteca ni bar con música pero creo que la vibra de Bacalar es así porque buscamos y no encontramos. Además te ayudan a contactar taxis y tours. No tienen tours propios pero nos ayudaron con todo. Volvería de todas maneras.

"Comfortable and Cozy High Service Spa Hotwl"

Very friendly staff. We loved the women at the front desk and Esperanza and Ciel in the restaurant. Housekeeping and the turn down service added to an enjoyable experience behind the scenes.
