This property is bring illegally let out as a holiday rental, as the smoke detectors had been deliberately covered completely with dust covers. Multiple problems. Our apartment was a building site.

The location was very good. Apartment was clean and tidy and the bathroom was very nice. Good to have wifi but no info given on what the code was but we located it in the router. Often the main door of the building was left open by other residents in spite of signs saying not to leave it open.

A few items missing such as lamp shades, just bare bulbs. Also only seating for 3 people even though the apartment slept four which meant we couldn't all sit at the table to eat. Only 3 mugs so one person had to wait until someone else finished their drink to have one. Oven gloves would have been handy. Also would have been good to know that there was no washing up liquid or tea towels. Also the communal areas appeared to be unfinished with holes in the ceiling and boarded up sections. Also the gardens backed on to an unsightly waste ground.

We had 3 apartments 2 of which were really good (9&10) room 3 will be as good when finished.. Comfy beds, great facilities look good.. Charlie was great with communication

Room 3 described as a 4 person,but the living room(sofa bed) really isn't ready for use to sleep in as it had a large bay window with no blinds or curtains! Bedroom also had curtain which was about a foot too short had to use spare quilt to reach sill!

There was no toilet roll on our arrival, there was beasties on the window ledges and there was no light shades on any of the lights on the ceilings. I felt it could just do with some finishing touches. Even cutlery we only had a few pieces of actual cutlery the rest was plastic. When you arrive at an apartment you expect there to be cutlery enough for your group and definitely toilet roll. We were told where the lock box was and the code apart from that we were left to get in ourselves. Unaware that there was another secure door which had to be opened by a key fob on the keys. We were met by a big dirty stain on the carpet as you enter the door to no 10. My group felt that there is finishing touches needed to this apartment. Apart from all of the above we enjoyed our stay, but just certain things needing to be looked at.

The apartment was lovely, amazing view. We were all comfortable and happy here for our stay and will definitely be our first choice when back in the area.

Good location and available parking. Plenty of space in the apartment.

Only 1 curtain in the apartment, which was too short so the neighbours could see into the bedroom (other windows had no curtains). The bin in the kitchen contained the last person's rubbish.

The apartment was very nice and a good price.

On arrival there was no toilet roll. No washing up sponge or washing liquid, I thought these would have been in the apartment, the shower was a little unpredictable went very cold and hot water didn't come back on until the next day. We had no info sent through of how to get into the property and had to call when I got there.

‘Refundable’ deposit not refunded, emails and messages are left completely ignored. The cleaning fee is ridiculous. Only one toilet roll with only about 10 squares left, no bin bags in any bins and no body wash. Sofa bed does not turn into a bed at all and wardrobe could not be opened. There are no curtains at all in the living room and the ones in the bedroom only come half way down the window offering no privacy at all! ‘River view’ is actually just a view of a load of rubbish and building materials in the garden and the hallway to the apartment was full of building supplies. The tv would not work as the remote did not have batteries in it that worked and also no tv in the bedroom. The customer service is completely non existent

Only 3 mugs for 4 people. Washing up liquid, didn't bring any thought there would be some there.
