Marble Alley Lofts

The passcode on the door lock changed before check out. I got locked out of the apartment two hours before check out. There were other people in the hallway with the same issue. The bed was pretty terrible. Everything else was good. Location is perfect.

This was a great property located near several things. And a great distance from UT.

This property did the job, but not the most comfortable. The bed was terrible. We might as well have been sleeping on a cot. We luckily pulled the card to get a room facing the interstate, which made it extremely noisy. The building is a maze to get through, so getting outside or to the parking garage was a hassle every time we left. With this being said, having to tote all our belongings to and fro was not ideal. Upon arrival, the gate was not opening, but the trick is to pull on it as soon as you enter the last number. I would not stay here again.

The photos make the apartment look much more updated and modern. It is very dated and has bare minimum. We arrived late at night and code to enter did not work. We were lucky while on phone a drunk couple let us in with their code.

Excellent, beautiful accommodations. Clean, spacious and great location

overall the stay was good. I felt that the furniture and bed was a little dated and the shower had a little mold. I requested more supplies, which I never received. The day I was checking out I started taking things out to my car that morning at 6:45 a.m. and came back to my apartment and enter my code and it didn't work. I was lock out with my phone and other items in the apartment. I was lucky to fine someone and ask to use there phone to call Tucker head office to get a new code. This took over 15 min to happen.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, and in a great location. The WiFi password was missing from where they said it would be, but we wrote to them and got a response back quickly with the info we needed. Everything was great!

The Marble Alley Loft was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, extra pillows and comforter (great since it was very cold when we came). Had everything we needed and was within easy walking distance of great dining. It was a little tricky to get our bearings inside the building, but not a deal breaker at all. We would stay here again.

Convenience No parking gate remote, took several long calls to finnaly get one. Sofa dirty, cabinets dingy and nicked up. Several texts about possible fines for various things but NO contact about lack of parking garage remote. Tucker is just a money gruber.

Marble Alley Lofts was perfect for our stay in Knoxville. The apartment was spacious, clean and close to everything in downtown Knoxville. I was concerned about communication and the ability to access the unit based on previous reviews but they sent a six page document with pictures and links to videos on how to access the property, park and access the unit. My only issue is that the door code was reset prior to our check out time of 11:00. We were taking our luggage out to our vehicle and when we returned our code no longer worked. Luckily, another family member was still in the unit so we were able to get in. I reached out to management and they immediately responded and apologized. We would definitely stay there again!
