Frontier Hostel & Tours

Very helpful and friendly staff. Free water refill and bicycles. Neat and tidy. Aircon OK. Terrace where to dry clothes. Bunk beds with curtains. Few guests. Elevator for reaching the dorm at the 5th floor. Cheap street buffets in a walking distance from the hostel: walk towards the big bridge on the main road south of the hostel, crossed the bridge keep going straight and take the last one on the right before the big roundabout.

Dorm has no window to the outside, but to the common corridor.

Stayed in the dorm here. Excellent location and super lovely staff. They helped us with all of our planning to get to Laos and went out of their way to fix the a/c late at night! Bunks are pretty large and comfy.

Bathroom in the dorm is ... not great, very stinky.

The hotel is near city center, conveniently travel to historical sites and other attractions. The facilities are good. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They can speak english very well.

I rented a scooter at VND150.000/day, the scooter is quite old did not run smoothly.

Ac worked but took a well to get cool and may be towards the end of its service life or need more coolant

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They were also so kind allowing me to take a shower after checking out as I was waiting for the bus in the evening. The dorm room was nice and comfortable. They have a well link with google map with places what to see, where to eat etc.
