Tolle Anlage in St.Augustine. Check Inn etwas problematisch, da man zurückrufen musste. Ansonsten wäre es einfacher gewesen über Whatsapp zu kommunizieren. Zimmer sehr sauber und schöner Pool. Aber sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis

Kaffemaschine im Foyer war defekt. Schwierige Kommunikation, da es ein kontaktloser Check-Inn war.

The location & the price are unbeatable — within I think of distance to everything! And the ease of the check-in/check-out process (all digital) was unique and convenient. We didn’t have time to check out the pool area but it looked nice from our bedroom (and wasn’t loud, thankfully).

No problems besides the mattress we slept on there made us a little sore.

We were ripped off by the Local. Room was filthy and not the one we reserved. So bad of smell we had to pay for a different hotel after first night, so lost over $600 !!!! We deserve a refund for the 5 nights we did not get to stay because of their filthy rooms! THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US!

No coffee at all (out of order), filthy dog smelling room (see photos of my socks after walking across their floor 3 times) Also see real picture of pink wallpaper room! Upon check in (was dark) light was burnt out . They have no staff on site. The bed was horrible, see photo.

Great room, lovely pool, decor made us feel like we'd really arrived in Florida!

As others have said they really do need to sort out the check in process, it was a real challenge and could very easily been much simpler.

No Breakfast. Did not see the manager or the reception person. All transections was done by phone. The Bathroom was small. Could be used by only one person at a time. The TV did not contain the wanted channels. When trying to get a channel of our liking, an unwanted speaker interrupted while we were trying to listed. Did not have ICE when requested. Will not gto to this Hotle ever again.
