Size of the apartment, amenities (full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and bedding supplies. Extra supplies are easily accessible, close to eating, grocery shopping and attractions.

The unit was on the road side which was extremely active at all times of the day and night. Needed to use ear plugs (which were provided) for sleeping. The pull out couch bed was not very comfortable.

Beautiful apartment shame it was let down by poor design and attention to detail. It was easy to enter the apartment The apartment was in a good location

The noise levels from outside is horrific, it feels like there are paper walls. The hearing/ AC system took all night to cool the room down. The blinds in the bedroom did not fit one of the windows resulting in poor privacy and it being daylight in the room at 5am The blinds in the lounge where the sofa bed is offer no privacy or light filtering at all. One of the lamps in the bedroom was broken. The bedding was ill fitting The bathroom flooring requires attention. The ground was missing in parts resulting in sharp edges.

Wifi password easy to find. Clear instructions for entering the property. Kitchen utensils available. Great temperature control. Walkable area, close to city hall. Large windows. Comfortable bed.

Saw a roach in the hallway.

Im on hold for 15 minutes trying to get into the damn hotel after a long trip to get here. This is the worst ever experience at a hotel in my whole life. Never again

Spacious and modern decoration, the kitchen has everything needed.

If I really need to pick, it’s just a bit away from the main attractions but still within walking distance.

Quiet location, beautiful and modern decor. Windows floor to ceiling brings lots of light and a great view. The only bad thing I can say is that you can hear everything from next room…

My first time staying at a Sonder. The location was close to Temple University. Parking lot access right next door. Room was spacious and had all the amenities. My husband is handicap and in a wheelchair so I live chatted and asked for assistance and even though there is no on site help they sent Jonathan to help and he was great. Like your own little apartment. Only con was could hear person above us walking. Sounded like jolly green giant.
