Royal Islander Resort La Plage

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Saint Martin and enjoyed the entire experience. The service was great from start to finish, and Sherma went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Sherma at the front desk, who was absolutely exceptional—she made our stay seamless and memorable from beginning to end. The hotel was very clean, the food was good, and the location was perfect with stunning surroundings and easy access to everything. The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we would definitely come back. recommend!

We recently returned from our four week stay at Royal Islander. We cannot say enough about the caring, courteous and wonderful front desk staff who always went above and beyond in making our stay so special and welcoming. A big shout out to all the groundskeepers for keeping the property looking so pristine. To housekeeping and security personnel we appreciate you!! A big thank you to Nina who always makes us feel at home. We appreciate you!! Her professionalism and expertise is definitely carried onto her staff. Royal Islander is our home away from home and we always look forward to returning every year.

We arrived planning to stay for 2 nights but within hours of arrival we extended to the full week. The staff at the hotel are charming and always in a very happy mood - especially Kalisha, Jenel C and Jenel R. Thank you lovely people! What was great as a family is that the hotel has great rooms for a family of 4 with separate bedroom, dining and sitting areas together with a fully equipped kitchen. There’s a great shop opposite for everything you need for meals in and a super restaurant with great location, food and views for meals out. Also lots of choice in the town. If you are a bit tired of massive all inclusive resorts trying to do everything for everyone then this is such a welcome change. Flexibility, quality, service and tranquility (only broken by the regular arrival of planes). We loved the plane spotting!

La vista sul mare e il giardino era impagabile: ogni tramonto era uno spettacolo. Comodo avere il lettino tra piscina e spiaggia - non tutte le localita' hanno una spiaggia, servita e cosi comoda. La posizione ottima, al centro di Maho, comodo per fare colazione nei locali fuori adiacenti e scegliere un ristorante diverso per ogni cena !

Scomodissimo il letto: dovrebbero cambiare i materassi !

The location is perfect. The atmosphere is s great vibe. The rooms all have a pretty amazing view. Valued well for as close to everything that it is. The front desk staff was great . Extra stars go out to Kalisha for sure for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.

This is a beautiful resort, well managed, great staff and a very positive overall experience. So yes, I recommend this resort!!
