B3 Rickardos Holiday Lets

A very frustrating experience. They charged an extra deposit in advance "to cover electricity". No keycode entry info was given in advance, so we drove a couple of hours there hoping we could get in. When we arrived, they texted the keycode and required a photo to of the electricity meter. The place itself was adequate and we were able to bring our dogs. When we left we sent a photo of the final electricity meter reading so they could refund the deposit. We never heard from them again even after multiple attempts.

I was confused and indignant to have to leave a £60 deposit before entering property, but probably indicative of behaviour of previous visitors. More instructions about tv would have been useful as we don't use Sky. Extra pillows and blanket would have been appreciated.

Very clear communication from the host. Really clean and comfortable space. Ideal location. My dog absolutely loved it!

The host takes a deposit and doesn't pay it back.Ive even spoken to booking.com but he's blanking them.He won't give you the key code until you pay him,he even forces you to pay for bed sheets even if you want to take your own.

Lovation was lovely, chalet very clean and comforting

Hidden costs that aren’t mentioned on the booking, £10 extra for linens that you don’t get back, an extra £50 deposit on arrival. Host said they’d return my £50 at 10pm the day I left but I still haven’t got it over a month later! Almost 6 weeks since I stayed and no communication despite the endless messages I’ve sent asking for it back. Complete scam, awful would never come again.
