Ikos Porto Petro

Absolutely five stars! Our stay at Ikos in Mallorca was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is stunning—immaculately maintained, beautifully designed, and perfectly situated for a relaxing yet elevated vacation. A huge thank you to Jane, who went above and beyond to make sure our family felt welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our stay special—especially with three young kids in tow. The food was outstanding across every restaurant—easily some of the best meals we’ve had at any resort. From fresh Mediterranean dishes to casual poolside bites, everything was top-notch. The resort was also incredibly family-friendly, with thoughtful touches everywhere that made traveling with young children so much easier. We loved having access to the Tesla car rental—super convenient and made exploring the island effortless. And the multiple pool options meant we could change up our scenery daily, whether we wanted quiet relaxation or something more lively for the kids. Highly recommend Ikos Mallorca for families looking for luxury, comfort, and unforgettable service. We’ll definitely be back.

We have recently returned from a weeks stay at IKOS Porto Petro. We have styed at a few IKOS hotels and this one did not let us down... the weather did but not the hotel. As with all the IKOS hotels the buildings, the grounds and the facilities were second to none. Unfortunately we had nearly 3 days of inclement weather which you cannot do anything about but that didn't stop us enjoying our stay. The week was rounded off with an excellent White Night Party that had to be held in the Lobby Bar due to the weather - but it was fantastic made even better by the lovely Frieda.... you made our night! All the staff are a credit to the hotel but I would like to mention a few who stood out: Ikhar - on the buggies. Always so pleasant and always managed to find us to give us a lift! Julia - Beach Club, great service with a smile. Always had time for you whilst being so efficient. Apeline - Sa Torre Bar, always smiling, always had time for a chat, just lovely. We look forward to returning in the not to distant future.......

Sorry that we have to leave tomorrow. We enjoyed it very much here, it’s a beautiful hotel with all the different restaurants. But the best thing we met here it’s Bella from guest relations. She was so sweet, professional and taking care of us every day. Thank you!

We recently returned from an incredible stay at Ikos Porto Petro and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We visited as a couple with our two-year-old and were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the location, the quality of service, and the overall atmosphere. The staff was exceptional, and we want to especially thank Carla from Guest Services, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. She truly connected with our toddler, walking her around the resort and keeping her happy when we needed a short break. It was those thoughtful gestures that made our stay feel so personal and special. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and quality throughout the different restaurants. The pools and activities were perfect for both adults and little ones, and the beaches and grounds were immaculately maintained. The gardening and landscaping around the property added to the sense of calm and luxury. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend Ikos Porto Petro to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and family-friendly all-inclusive getaway. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

Wow - another magical stay at IKOS. The Portopetro resort is now our new favourite. We are fortunate to have visited a number of the IKOS resorts but this one is bliss. It’s bigger and more spread out than some, which means you can stroll and explore if you wish, or get a shuttle cart if required. Despite being at capacity, the resort felt like we had it to ourselves at times! I can’t fault anything - the scenery, the ambiance, the service are all first class. We ate in all the restaurants, swam in nearly all the pools, and took full advantage of the amenities and extras. I would like to give a huge thank you to our magnificent concierge Niovi, who took care of everything for us and really went the extra mile when we have some additional requests. What a super ambassador for the IKOS brand. Be To all those wondering whether to spend that bit extra on an IKOS resort, I would encourage you to do so. You can’t take it with you! Thanks again to the whole IKOS team - we are rejuvenated, refreshed and ready to book our next trip! Ben M

From the moment we arrived at Ikos Porto Petro, we were immersed in genuine luxury and warm, attentive service. We stayed in the Deluxe collection, and it was worth every penny — not only for the spacious and beautifully designed room, but for the incredible extras that elevated the entire experience. The Deluxe rooms were stunning — stylish, immaculate, and equipped with every comfort. We had a sense of privacy and calm, yet were always within reach of the vibrant energy of the resort. One of the real highlights was the adults-only Deluxe pool. It was serene, elegant, and beautifully maintained — the perfect retreat. A huge thank you to Viktoria, Matina, and Zdenek, who were simply outstanding. Even though we tended to sit around the corner, slightly tucked away, they never forgot us. They checked in regularly, bringing us everything we needed (and more) with such grace and friendliness. Their attention to detail was exceptional — we felt genuinely cared for, never overlooked. The little touches around the pool made all the difference: fresh doughnuts, buttery croissants, refreshing ice lollies, cocktails, drinks, fresh fruit, and even sunglass cleaning service — all thoughtfully offered throughout the day. It felt indulgent yet effortless. Our Deluxe concierge, Maya, also deserves special mention. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly proactive, always making the effort to check in and ensure we had everything we needed. She had the perfect balance of warm hospitality and quiet efficiency — nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. In short, Ikos Porto Petro exceeded all expectations. The combination of luxury, peace, and truly outstanding service — especially at the Deluxe level — made this one of our most memorable stays anywhere. We left feeling relaxed, spoilt, and very well looked after. We’ll absolutely be back.

We loved Ikos Porto Petro, but our experience couldn’t have been the same without the customer attention from the lovely Bella at all times. Whatever questions or concerns we had she was there to help! Therefore she deserves an honorable mention. Furthermore, the quality of the service overall and all of the facilities and culinary experiences are just excellent.
