Clean, lots of space and all the things needed for a self catering stay.

Parking space is tricky to get a middle sized car in to.

Fantastic location, beautifully decorated, beds and sofas very comfortable, very thoughtful welcome packs of goodies provided, well equipped kitchen, lovely terrace to enjoy breakfast in the sun. Owner extremely helpful and quick to respond.

The car parking space is really just for a very small car. The way that the people at number 9 had parked (not straight) meant that we couldn’t get our car in even if it had been small! However, literally 5 min walk away, on the other side of the canal, we found several cash only car parks, which were good value (£15 for Tues to Fri) so it was fine.

The Location saved this from being a complete waste of time and money.

The property has had zero tlc for sometime. It would seem that aside from cleaning this property has had no works carried out to keep it upto a rentable standard. From arrival the car park was covered in moss with overflowing bins strewn about, the car park is unlit, dark and slippery. The entrance to the house was unkempt and tatty, there was 2 bath towels between 4 adults (which we chased and eventually received extras) 4 coat hangers in 1 room and literally zero space to unpack and store clothing. The toilet seat was unsecured and slipping around, the headboards were not secured adequately. The beds were not comfy, the pillows were like cotton wool, the bed linen was cheap and the duvet didn't fit the cover. The upholstery and carpets needed a clean and the rear garden was a complete hazard to safety, it was completely covered in slippery moss and looked atrocious there was a broken broom slung in one corner. I did email the owner with these issues and I have had no reply!!

Good location for walking into town. Spacious and clean.

Parking could be a bit tightif neighbours cars were present,but no problem whist we were there.

The house was exceptionally clean; lacking nothing. Good quality furniture, kitchen equipment, great welcome pack. Good to have instructions and information on an email instead of wading through a folder.

A larger parking space would have been better, but not Jamie’s fault. We didn’t use the back door as it was a bit messy outside. There wasn’t much to dislike.
