What a lovely characterful cottage this is in a beautiful area. The cottage has absolutely everything you could ever need and more. Very helpful and accommodating owners. Lovely welcome bits a pieces such as milk, juice etc. I especially enjoyed looking at all the interesting artifacts around the cottage. There’s a lovely little outdoor seating area and a little stream nearby. Bed super comfy. Two pubs within very short walking distance, a lovely little park and cafe nearby. We only came for one night but will definitely be back 10/10

"A magical Christmas break in a beautiful cottage."

We loved the quiet location, friendly village/neighbours and the high specification of everything in the cottage. We also appreciated the wonderful Christmas decorations and welcome gifts. We loved being able to do walks straight from the cottage without having to drive.

We found the Aga a challenge so tended to use the alternative cooking appliances.

The cottage is fantastic. Everything you could possibly need. A little welcome pack and the fire ready to light! Great walks on your doorstep. Easy communication re access etc. Highly recommend
