A 17h/17h15 en arrivant au pied de l'immeuble où nous avions réservé un appartement 68 Donegal Quay à Belfast ( le long du fleuve Lagan et à côté du centre ville) nous appelons le site de réservation car nous ne trouvions pas l' appartement ET nous apprenons qu'il n'était pas disponible ?! Un autre appartement nous a été proposé en remplacement il semblait correct MAIS il était TRES LOIN du centre ville contrairement à notre réservation validée par des messages l'avant veille, la veille et le jour même à 13h18 et 16h ? Que pensez de ce site ?! Effectivement nous nous sommes déplacés avec notre véhicule jusqu'à l'appartement que j'avais dû valider, il était environ 18 heures, au 379 Ormeau Road Belfast BT7 3FD ..... nous étions donc logés à 3 km de notre appartement que nous avions réservé !? Effectivement comment refuser un logement de remplacement à 18h à Belfast ? Comment trouver un autre hébergement si tard avec parking et dans le centre ville ou très proche ? Centre ville et Parking étaient nos priorités dans le choix. LUXURY 5* HEART OF THE CITY "FABULOUS VIEWS" est une arnaque !
