The photos look too good for what is real - they're fake, edited and outdated. The place is old, miserable and needs a basic renovation to at least feel welcomed. The king size bed creaks by a light touch. Both of us who slept there had night itches, don't know if because of spiders or something else. I was afraid to pull up the sheet and check the mattress. The blanket looked and felt like it survived the two world wars. Broken wardrobe. One bath towel for two people. Screeching floor. Two bathrooms - one heater. They asked for a 50$ extra fee for late check in, because our flight arrived after midnight, which we had to agree to, because we didn't have another option since the booking was non refundable. What a surprise we had when "the manager" unlocked the door and patiently waited for us to accept the disappointment. Of course he didn't understand English,or pretended to, and just waited for the money. Watch out (if booking at all) - a breakfast included is listed, but apparently somehow it wasn't in my booking and they made a special screenshot to show us on spot as a proof. Or else you should pay 10$ per person for breakfast (I could only imagine what it could have been like). Now to the worst part - the noise. The location is on the exact corner of two main roads and you can't hear your thoughts among the non stop beeping, shouting and motorcycle forcing not only in the day, but all night. As one may know, the culture still can't appropriate using car indicator lights, so it's all honking. No insulation on the windows whatsoever and ear taps barely help. I can't stress enough (pun intended) how annoying and unnerving it was. Needles to say - don't recommend.

Posizione centrale vicina al tempio di Luxor e al lungo Nilo. Bella terrazza sul viale delle sfingi. Comodo anche il ristorante sotto l'hotel dove si mangiava discretamente a prezzi onesti

L'appartamento era molto rumoroso, a qualsiasi ora della notte si sentiva il traffico nella via sottostante. I materassi erano a molle sconnese, scomodi, difficile dormire bene. Scale molto alte e un po' irregolari, sconsigliate a chi non ha le ginocchia perfettamente in ordine

Nous étions un groupe de voir et occupions l'ensemble de l'appartement. L'emplacement très central, la gentillesse de l'équipe, le copieux petit déjeuner. L'atmosphère de l'appartement dans un immeuble ancien et jolie terrasse donnant sur l'allée des sphinx, une église et un minaret. Belle vue le soir. Excellent rapport qualité prix et 4 salles de douche!

Assez bruyant à cause de la rue, mais c'est assez normal en ville.

Great location, great service and hosts, nice breakfast and nice vibe. Quite simple accommodation to be honest but not really an issue if that’s what you’re after. It’s a little loud but that’s the case everywhere in Egypt and not an issue specific to this place.

Mattresses weren’t the best but splitting hairs here honestly and we had a decent enough sleep regardless.
