Very nice location - felt safe and loved the apartment - it was really comfy and nicely dressed

The only I personally don't like the cotton bedding- but the bed was very comfortable

It was central, spacious, clean and well maintained. A little worn and the parking isn’t great but it’s comfortable and peaceful and only a very short walk to the shops and the front.

After the heating goes off it gets quite cold in the evening.

Wen planned to eat in, the baking trays and pans were unusable, dirty, old, scratched, one baking tray was good condition but wouldn't fit in the over, the windows had black mould in places, the radiators started rattling at all hours and had to be reset, there was marks on the wall next to the loo which we suspected was poo, the shower was unfinished, the carpet was dirty. And although i am only 5ft 7 my feet hing over the end of the mattress.. Overall we spent over £100 going out for meals because the cooking facilities were not up to scratch

The location of the property was great. We also really appreciate the floor plan as we were traveling with a 4 month old baby and wanted to be able to put him to sleep and not wake him in the kitchen/living area. Parking right outside the property was also an added bonus with the provided scratch card.

The facilities felt very tired, and in general could do with a refresh. The kettle only worked when you stood with the button down, the pans were all scratch’s and difficult to cook on. The shower was very small and no shelf or hook for toilet bags. There was only 1 lamp across both bedrooms. The living/kitchen area also lacked comfortable lighting, with the one light provided not having a lampshade therefore being harsh on the eyes. The sofa felt very worn. The bedrooms also have an internal high up window that flooded both rooms with light whenever one was room was lite, this made it additionally difficult to sneak around with a sleeping baby; a curtain or blind would have been great here. The property was generally clean, however we did find hair grips on the floor, a couple of plates had food on them and the living room rug felt very worn (we had a play mat for my baby therefore spent a bit of time on the floor).

Good location for our needs - well equipped kitchen- comfortable lounge area

Middle room has no window to the outside so only light is through the rear bedroom via an internal window - this means if you turn the light on overnight it floods both bedrooms

Excellent location lovely apartment clean and spacious
