The Mole Resort - Lodges

The setting is beautiful, great position on a hill with stunning views. On paper the activities & facilities were impressive.

The outdoor pool is only open in August, yet advertised as a feature. The indoor pool (singular, advertised as pural) was closed for part of the trip. The activities were not available It was exceptionally hot in the cabin and we were told numerous times a fan would be dropped off, which never arrived. We had small children who then didn't sleep as a consequence. I told all of this was acknowledged and raises with senior management and then when I asked what the outcome was, I was ghosted.

It was so nice and plenty of space!

Nothing except it could’ve used some salt and pepper in the cupboard

Beautiful lodges in a pretty setting, plenty of room around each lodge, lovely bathrooms and well equipped kitchen, great outlook

Only downside was the outdoor swimming pool that’s no longer in use, should be taken off the website if it’s not available

This was my first time staying in a lodge at the Mole Resort; I have stayed in other parts of the premises before and enjoyed it. The lodges are exceptional though! I absolutely loved my stay there! I plan to book again for longer in the future. It was so beautifully decorated, plush soft carpets, fresh and clean, really well equipped in the kitchen and a really nice and comfortable hot tub! Oh and the beautiful view! Just exceptional.
