Location was great and check in process was easy.

there was a sensor on the door that kept showing a bright white light during the night while trying to sleep.

Love the location of the property. Very close to metro, restaurants and parque México. Apartment was spacious and very clean. I read previous reviews critiquing the cleanliness smell and service. In my experience I found the property to be exceptionally clean, no smells, good shower pressure and found the communication from the management to be very proactive. Machine in Laundry Room were free which was a nice bonus.

Only thing was the noise from the street as the windows face out to Avenida Insurgentes. However you wouldn’t have known it looking out the window as there are beautiful trees blocking the view of the street. They do provide you with a white noise machine if you wish to use it.

Great location. Modern comfortable.

Check in, check out, communication with management was horrible.

La atención de Jaime, el encargado de la empresa, es simpático y empatico, aunque tiene poco margen de la empresa para resolver los problemas

Hice una reserva de 3 meses y la dividieron en dos apartamentos distintos. Salieron unas goteras enormes por la lluvia que derivaron en hongos por el techo, no lo arreglaron. La empresa tuvo un error y le dio la clave de acceso al apartamento a otra pareja, entrando en el salón en mitad de la noche. La situacion fue muy estresante y peligrosa. El apartamento solo tiene ventanas oscuras en la terraza por lo que no hay luz natural nunca, ni se puede ventilar. Cuando ponen el aire acondicionado en el apartamento de al lado descarga el aire caliente en la terraza del apartamento

Great amount of space and well laid out. Nice touch to include the white noise machine

The wifi quality was really terrible. While it was generally clean on the surface the unit could use a deep cleaning that included the baseboards. The shower door kept sliding open. Unit faced the street so it was quite noisy but to be expected in big cities.

Rooms need some maintenance and deep cleaning. There was a small piece of candy in my room with a line of ants. The large balcony doors couldn't close properly. Didn't feel it was deep cleaned ever. For $1200 for 4 nights felt it could have been better value for money.

It was clean, spacious, easy to check in and check out, safe zone, easy transportation access, filter water to drink
